Meet Our Founder

Crystal M. Wilson, M.S., CPRP

With over 20 years of progressive human resources, compliance, and organizational leadership experience, Crystal M. Wilson has become a trusted partner to behavioral health and human service organizations across Maryland and beyond. Her expertise spans COMAR compliance, CARF accreditation, OHCQ standards, workforce development, Recruitment and HR infrastructure design. Crystal earned her Master’s in Human Services and Substance Abuse Counseling from the University of Baltimore/Coppin State University and a Bachelor’s in Administration & Policy from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County (UMBC).
